If you refer an RN, you earn $500 and the referred nurse earns $250!
If you refer an LPN, you earn $250 and the referred nurse earns $150!
If you refer a CNA/HHA, you earn $200 and the referred aide earns $100!
Rules
New hire must work 80 hours within 60 days of their first shift.
Referring team member must stay in compliance through the entire term of the contest.
New hire must be in full compliance before working first shift and stay compliant through the 60-day bonus period.
For the bonus to be processed for payment, the payroll adjustment form, compliance report, and timesheet.
